An important element of our holistic approach is food. A great start to a healthy body.
 
When many people not familiar with this diet see heaps of greens and carrots they usually think: “Well, that is nice for rabbits! …I’d rather have some ‘normal’ food instead”.
 
But on Thursday, May 24th, Jan will surprise you with some of his Plant-based culinary creations that will tease and please your taste buds, whether you are an experienced chef or new to the concept!!!
 
Karin will give a short explanation of the benefits of Plant-Based Raw Food and why we should all add some to our daily menu.
 
Hofi Cas Cora has opened its doors specially for this adventurous dining experience. Produce used is grown in their organic garden as well as in other organic local farms including Nos Kunuku.
